And they were given a chance to pick up their belongings. People who had to evacuate in a hurry are being escorted in by firefighters to get their cars and belongings from businesses. At this point firefighters cannot say how many people evacuated. Estimate is its range from 100 to 500. They dont know, because so many businesses were involved. And at this point many people have gone home. The street closures include first to second streets, those are completely shut down. Firefighters have no idea when theyll completely reopen, at this point theyre trying to stabilize the pump and when it is fully restabilized they will reopen the roads, that could happen over night or sometime tomorr
