Rebecca Lynn was manager of the San Marcos Branch Library when the pandemic hit last spring. She didn’t think the library would close down, but when it did, it turned her world upside down. But the adversity brought out the courage and tenacity of her library staff who stepped up to do all kinds of jobs helping folks across the county. This is her story.
“When everything shut down, staff anxiety was high, but we were able to set our personal feelings aside to do our job. I greatly admire the dedication and courage of our staff,” Lynn said. ....
