One of the region’s largest and most successful personal injury law firms has joined the lawsuit filed earlier this year by the widow of the former director of Public Works in West Goshen that contends accusations made against him and others over a work-time policy by the township manager led him to take his own life.
It accuses the City of Davenport and the building's current and former owners of knowing of the deteriorating conditions and failing to warn residents of the risk.
