Finland thrash Germany at IIHF Under-18 World Championship Friday, 30 April 2021 Finland thrashed Germany 10-0 to move top of Group B at the International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 World Championship in Texas. Samu Salminen and Niko Huuhtanen scored twice in their side s rout of a hapless German outfit at Comerica Center. Ville Koivunen, Samu Tuomaala, Sami Paivarinta, Joakim Kemell, Viljami Juusola and Aleksi Malinen also got in on the act for the four-time under-18 world champions. Victory preserved Finland s unbeaten run at the tournament and means they will secure top spot in the group - and the more favourable quarter-final opponent that comes with it - if they beat the United States tomorrow. ....
