Peoples Bank Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Larry Allen, announced the promotion of Samantha Bethune to banking officer.

Bethune has been in the banking industry for three years. She was raised in Shallowater, and graduated from Shallowater High School.
