PONTOTOC, Miss. (AP) A Mississippi man has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the shooting death of a teenager. Jacoby Samaji O’Neal, 20, of Belden, was sentenced Friday in Lee County Circuit Court, the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal reported.
