Ice Fish Farm AS has appointed Roy Tore Rikardsen as the new CEO of the company. He will replace Gudmundur Gislason, who announced he was leaving the company in September. Ice Fish Farm is one of three Icelandic salmon farms and the only one located in the northeast of the country and is mainly owned by Måsøval AS.
Previously, he worked as COO of Grieg Seafood North America and was General Manager at Salten N950 (Salten Aqua). According to Ice Fish Farm, he has extensive experience in salmon farming operations in cold waters from the North of Norway and Canada.
