Cities and counties working with the state and federal government cant. President trump did not offer any concrete plans but indicated it has been a problem the last two years even though homelessness has been persistent for more than 35 and also cast blame. The cities are run by very liberal people at the thing that nobody can figure out is due the governors or mayors, do they really think its a positive and do they think its okay because its not.
