Gov. Cuomo warns another shutdown could be coming

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is issuing a dire warning for New York state - another shutdown could be coming.
Cuomo warned that if cases and hospitalizations continue to climb as they have been, areas of New York will have to shut down. This news comes as personal care businesses in orange zones thought they caught a break.
As of Monday, the state is allowing them to remain open at 25% capacity - some requiring additional testing among employees. The owner of Salon Stella in the orange zone in Port Chester says if they re forced to close for the third time, that could be the end of them.
