Alecia police have gotten a number of calls from people that believe they saw the suspect. Woman told police she believes the same man approached her, but she was able to run away. closed lanes in both directions in millbrae. eric rassmusen was one of those caught in traffic. reporter: it looked like a passing truck might have hit the wires that was attached to the utility pole. the overhead wires is something we look out for every time we set up to do a story. but you don t expect to hit them as you re moving. reporter: traffic is snarled for miles in both directions. reporter: chp got calls from drivers who said a passing semi truck hit and broke the wires snarling traffic. it s been two hours since those wires went down. as you can see we are still moving at a crawl miles from where this all happened. the back up got even worse as we got closer to the scene. finally an at&t ran into the middle of the freeway. at times jumping to grab thelines and clear them from the middle of the road. once chp cleared all of the lines, investigators turned their focus to finding the truck and driver responsible. do you have any sense that this driver s ....
