Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, July 28: J&K Sports Council in collaboration with Ad-hoc Committee of J&K Fencing Association organized day and night goodwill Fencing competition at Indoor Fencing Hall, MA Stadium, here today under the supervision of Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer Jammu. Rakesh Dubey, KAS officer was the chief guest of the event who inaugurated the championship, whereas Nuzhat Gul, Secretary J&K Sports Council was the guest of honour and Dr Zafar Iqbal was the special guest on the occasion.
