FALL RIVER Bishop Edgar da Cunha blessed the new Laudato Si Community Garden on the grounds of St. Mary s Cathedral on Tuesday. 
The garden was established to bring the beauty of nature into the heart of the city, and to raise produce to help those who are experiencing food insecurity that the church serves through its Pope Francis Outreach Center.
Students at Saint Stanislaus School are also involved in the care and planting of the garden while learning about the environment and food and health-related issues. It also gives the youngsters a chance to get their hands dirty and plant in the garden.  ....
