Look, I’m no brain. I’m a regular Joe of average intelligence but I’ve got a good nose for bullshit – especially bureaucratic bullshit. And, my honker has been twitching 24/7 ever since this whole Covid thing was sprung on an unsuspecting world last year. I’ll bet many of you have equally twitchy honkers.
