I think it might sell ads, but i dont think it is actually fair. I dont think we need to face the role that this building has on our government having the situation for Small Businesses right now. I have been chicken little. Ive been going to a ton of hearings and screaming. Im like little at the end, when the sky is actually falling but nobody believes him. I have to say, being able to present, they really focus on the goals and the values of the plan doing that was a conjunction with the runup of the rfps, the first of which are going to be in our subarea. Really brought the plan home to the community, so that they can understand what all of those hundreds of recommendations actually meant on the ground to them. I think it was incredibly valuable for the community, and it also, the three years, i think, that you all invested in really paid off. The commun

I want to thank everybody that came out today to share your perspectives on either side of the issue and the many that have communicated directly to my office and to my colleagues. I think this sort of contentious nature that we have gotten to around the proposals to streamline Affordable Housing highlight how complex these issues are and there are a lot of different perspectives to best address these problems. It highlights how important it is to get the details right and to consider the specific details. Each and every one of these people that came up here and explained why they want this, to have this type of protection, they are also crying out because it is their source of income in order to support themselves. This proposal, to displace them, is an example of gentrification. Gentrification is a word that is used to discriminate against people based on geographical locations. You are doing it to them, and even though their skin color is not black, it is the same type of treatment that black people had to suffer in the Western Addition of fillmore. For example, gentrification in washington is taking place, there is an attorney that has the same type of philosophy as me and suing washington, d. C. For the gentrification and displacement of tenants for hightech people that is displacing lower income bracket people. This is a derivative of this kind of demonstration that im putting before you.
