Issues, both the policies and politics of it. I want to thank everybody that came out today to share your perspectives on either side of the issue and the many that have communicated directly to my office and to my colleagues. I think this sort of contentious nature that we have gotten to around the proposals to streamline Affordable Housing highlight how complex these issues are and there are a lot of different perspectives to best address these problems. It highlights how important it is to get the details right and to consider the specific details. I think the presentations today, thank you so much to the Mayors Office of housing and Planning Department as well. The presentations have been helpful along with Public Comment in clarifying my thoughts. I want to say that i am proud of the board of supervisors measure. It will rezone and streamline Affordable Housing sites across the cities specially the western neighborhoods serving a wide range of people without pitting it against low Income Housing needs. It is just the kind of mixed income Affordable Housing policy we need. I look forward to working with the full board and the mayor and educators and the community to see that this leads to more housing city wide for low and middle income households. Regarding the Charter Amendment, i do appreciate the effort by the mayor Office Office to explore new models and to address the Housing Needs of middle income residents which is a high priority for me and my constituents. I have a number of significant concerns about the policy and process of the mayors Charter Amendment which leads me to oppose moving this forward today. My main concern is that the Charter Amendment is not needed. As stated Affordable Housing including educator Housing Projects like the outer sunset educator housing are already eligible for streamlined review through sv350. What is needed are the zoning control adjustments in the boards ordinance which i look forward to support as it moves forward to the november ballot. I look forward that the key project is able to take advantage of the streamlining from the boards initiative if passed so that 130 teachers are able to move into affordable new homes up to 18 months sooner. Finally, i look forward to leveraging rezoning in the Initiative Ordinance and streamlining 350 to aggressively move forward with the district four Affordable Housing strategy i have been developing with my constituents and looking at the four public sites and three dozen private sites we identified for Affordable Housing development. Thank you. Thank you so much, supervisor mar. I want to appreciate everyone. When you listen to the stories of educators and what they are dealing within San Francisco right now, it is just really hard to keep it together. I am a parent of a child in public school, and i know firsthand what her teachers and all of the paraprofessionals at her school are facing. They are leaving. There is so much turnover every single year. It is a true crisis. I have no doubt that we are all the mayor Mayors Office the Planning Department and the policy office and the mayor and all members of the board of supervisors, we want to fix this. There is no doubted we all want to fix this. There is a fundamental difference of opinion how to do that. On the one hand, you have the majority of the board of supervisors that the educators themselves who believe that with the Precious Resource of public land that is in such short supply the minute we build on it will be gone forever should be reserved for Affordable Housing. There is a little difference what the a. M. I. Levels are that constitute that. The major difference here is what should that land be for . How do we build the amount of educator housing we need the quickest way possible . I believe it is to fight for public funding at the state and local level and at the federal level again to preserve that Precious Resource for 100 Affordable Housing for teachers. We are starting that with Francis Scott key. With the 20 million in the bond for teacher housing. We are not going to stop relentlessly fighting for that funding. I believe that is the fastest way to get us there and the right way to get us there. On the other hand you have the Mayors Office and a few members of the board of supervisors who believe the best way is to convince private developers that have a profit motive to, you know, as long as we give them 66 of the land to get the top dollar they can get for the commercial space and the luxury housing that they build that they will be willing to build 44 of those units of educator housing at the highest level. That is a real disagreement. It is not worth fighting each other. I think supervisor fewer said this. We want to attack each other. That is not it. We are fighting for how we can get to the greatest amount of educator housing the quickest way possible. We have a major disagreement. There is a lot of talk and accusations going around. That is not what we are doing to each other. The mayor is not doing that to the board of supervisors and the board of supervisors are not doing that to the mayor. Our intentions are right. We disagree how to get there. I want to say that i agree with many of the speakers who i disagree with on the best way to get there, that we have progress here with the willingness on both sides to rezone the city for Affordable Housing on public lands, and i think that is great. Today i will be supporting supervisor fewers well that is just a hearing. When it gets to the board of supervisors, i will support supervisor fewer,ual ton, haney and peskins Charter Amendment for housing. Supervisor walton. Thank you. I want to thank everybody for being here. I know it has been a long hearing this morning. The one thing for me that i truly understand after listening and sitting through this mornings hearing is that we have a lot of people here in San Francisco that are dedicated to addressing the Affordable Housing issues here in the city. That is important, and it is exciting. I know a lot of you in this chamber have taken off work today, taken time away from family and summer vacations. I want you to know we do appreciate you being here and understand your commitment to addressing some serious issues we have in the city. I do have to say it is always concerning to me to support a Charter Amendment solely dedicated to what we do in times of crisis. It is hard to reverse when change is needed. This locks us to a very high a. M. I. For years to come. Regardless of whether or not the economy changes and there may be need to decrease the high point. We need to address this issue legislatively and as a unit. The Charter Amendment is divisive at this time. I prefer to work with the executive branch and educators to legislate this like we should. In addition, we have to be very careful how high we make a. M. I. Levels through the charter. Things change. 140 of a. M. I. Cannot be the speak standard for Affordable Housing in San Francisco. My family lives. I know how hard it is to live in the city. Like supervisor fewer stated. I live in a small bedroom and three of us and sometimes four of us when my eldest stepson who is an adult is with us. We are on top of each other. I lived in Public Housing growing up. I have lived in studi studios. My mom and i have had to stay with friends. It is not ideal to be in the situation my family lives in. We love San Francisco. We work hard in San Francisco. I want to work hard to make sure people dont have to live on top of each other, particularly people raising families here in the city with less options than people may have. I also know there are thousands of folks that have it worse than me. We all have to think about their needs as well. A Charter Amendment, this amendment will redefine 100 Affordable Housing to raise income levels requirements, create definition of teacher housing. Not supported by the former body that represents educators in San Francisco and allow Market Rate Development on public owned land. That is a major issue for me and a lot of my come leagues. These def colleagues. We should not be giving away publicly owned land for Market Rate Developments calling it affordable teacher housing. We know we can do this as city leadership. The director even mentioned that. Costs may be different but it is something we can do. I want to read something for people who are accusing me and my lack of support for a charter which is hard to reverse. Here are numbers. 7218, 3454, 2600, 2150, 574, 600, 1240, total proposed between 16,686 and 17,000 836 units with the mixture of affordable, working class and market rates. Does anyone know what these numbers reflect . These are the units in the pipeline in district 10 alone. I have actually built 100 all Affordable Housing. I have also led successful proposal to build 164 all Affordable Housing units in district 10. I know a little bit about getting housing built. I would not call myself a housing expert but i would say i have good knowledge and practical experience in getting housing built in communities in San Francisco. Calling me a nimby is sort of like calling donald trump a decent and moral human being. I played a role in building all Affordable Housing projects and making sure housing gets built. Responsibly and with benefits to the community. Thousands of units, some of which are under construction right now. We by ourselves also cannot say what is best for educators without the support of educators. We were able to get approval for the first Affordable Housing at francis co scott key. We have the ability to streamline through sb35. This changing the definition and increases the a. M. I. Averages which is not responsible to do through a charter. Because of the lack of flex bill when the economy changes in San Francisco. All projects proposed can be affected by the Charter Amendment qualify under sb35 for approval including francis scouted key. The land needs rezoned which should have happened a couple years ago. The true reason for the dilatory removement at the Francis Scott key project is due to the developer that doesnt know how to work in San Francisco and not truly chosen by the school district. This is the first project of its kind. They secured all most 60 from housing bond money promised by the late may or lee. With 44 million in 2017. That contribution from the city allowed units to employees who make more than the low federal income limits at a max of 60 of media income. Federal subsidies were availability to fund the rest of the project. This should have been awhile ago. We should have been way ahead of where we are when it comes to Francis Scott key as a project. The ordinance proposed by supervisors fewer, peskin and haney and i. Affordable homes including educator housing created in partnership with teachers, with the Teachers Union to serve the actual needs of educators both in the San Francisco Unified School District and the city college of San Francisco. These educator Housing Units would be 80 i for those who earn 30 a. M. I. Some of the paraprofessionals only get parttime hours. It including everyone in the middle scale as we talk about middle range housing. It actually keeps us at income average of 100 a. M. I. The remaining 20 will be for educators earning up to 160 of a. M. I. The board of supervisors has also set aside 20 million in housing bond specifically for this new program. When we talk about possible increased costs, we are being thoughtful of ways to make sure we account for that within this ordinance as well. In addition to the housing bond we recently passed legislation to allocate 50 of all future educator revenue from the state from production and preservation of Affordable Housing. We will now have 70 million from additional funds for Affordable Housing in this years budget alone. We are working hard to fund more housing. It is a true obstacle to developing housing in San Francisco, the actual financing which was alluded to today by the director of housing. This package of streamlining and funding will empower San Francisco to put a dent in the Affordable Housing shortage by providing truly Affordable Homes to educators and family. I also appreciate the mayors amendments proposed today. I support and encores our mayor. Changing the charter is not the right way. With that said i moves we table item 3 to discuss further and work to address concerns in the legislative and less divisive manner with all of the leadership here in San Francisco at the table. Before we take that motion there are a couple more comments. Soon pesupervisor mar. I referenced sp50. It should be sp35 that makes the projects eligible for streamlined review. That other bill is on my mind a lot. I apologize foi apologize for t. I want to make it clear that i am in support of the initiative we offered together with supervisor walton and fewer and peskin. The rezoning done by that initiative together with sp35 will allow us to streamline and build 100 affordable projects. Because of the defense as i mentioned in my comments the definition of teacher housing which is important to maintain at broad levels of affordable so that folks who are paraeducators can afford these units and maintaining the principle of 100 Affordable Housing on public land. I am in support of the initiative and not in support of the charter or other initiative as currently written. Thank you. Seeing no other comments. Supervisor walton made a motion to file, is that the right language . Table item 3. What i will say about that is that that is not usually my style of filing motions at committees. We are essentially a board of supervisors right now with quorum. The fact there are six supervisors in a quorum of the board in the in favor of the Charter Amendment i dont think it makes sense to be labor the point. We should start working together to figure out which measure we put on the ballot and have as much unity as possible moving foforward. We have a bond and Charter Amendment to win and they are both important. I will take that without objection. That motion passes. Is there any other items on the agenda. Manufacturing in cities creates this perfect platform for people to earn livelihoods and for people to create more economic prosperity. Im kate sosa. Im cofounder and ceo of sf made. For example, it would be traditional things like helping them find capital, provide assistance loans, help to provide Small Business owners with education. We have had some great experience doing what you might call pop ups or temporary selling events, and maybe the most recent example was one that we did as part of sf made week in partnership with the city Seas Partnership with Small Business, creating a 100 Company Selling day right here at city hall, in partnership with mayor lee and the board of supervisors, and it was just a wonderful opportunity for many of our smaller manufacturers who may be one or twoperson shop, and who dont have the wherewithal to have their own dedicated retail store to show their products and it comes back to how do we help Companies Set more money into arthur businesses and develop more customers and their relationships, so that they can continue to grow and continue to stay here in San Francisco. Im amy kascel, and im the owner of amy kaschel San Francisco. We started our line with wedding gowns, and about a year ago, we launched a ready to wear collection. San franciscos a great place to do business in terms of clientele. We have wonderful brides from all walks of life and doing really interesting things architects, doctors, lawyers, teachers, artists, other like minded entrepreneurs, so really fantastic women to work with. I think its important for them to know where their clothes are made and how theyre made. My name is jefferson mccarly, and im the general manager of the Mission Bicycle company. We sell bikes made here for people that ride here. Essentially, we sell city bikes made for riding in urban environments. Our core business really is to build bikes specifically for each individual. We care a lot about craftsmanship, we care a lot about quality, we care about good design, and people like that. When people come in, we spend a lot of time going to the design wall, and we can talk about handle bars, we can see the riding position, and we take notes all over the wall. Its a pretty fun shopping experience. Paragraph. For me as a designer, i love the control. I can see whats going on, talk to my cutter, my pattern maker, looking at the designs. Going through the suing room, im looking at it, everyone on the team is kind of getting involved, is this what that drape look . Is this what shes expecting, maybe if weve made a customization to a dress, which we can do because were making everything here locally. Over the last few years, weve been more technical. Its a great place to be, but you know, you have to concentrate and focus on where things are going and what the right decisions are as a Small Business owner. Sometimes its appropriate to bring in an expert to offer suggestions and guidance in coaching and counseling, and other times, we just need to talk to each other. We need to talk to other manufacturers that are facing similar problems, other people that are in the trenches, just like us, so that i can share with them a solution that we came up with to manage our inventory, and they can share with me an idea that they had about how to overcome another problem. Moving forward, where we see ourselves down the road, maybe five and ten years, is really looking at a business from a little bit more of a ready to wear perspective and making things that are really thoughtful and mindful, mindful of the end user, how theyre going to use it, whether its the end piece or a he hwedding gown, are they going to use it again, and incorporating that into the end collection, and so thats the direction i hear at this point. The reason we are so enamored with the work we do is we really do see it as a platform for changing and making the city something that it has always been and making sure that were sharing the opportunities that weve been blessed with economically and socially as possible, broadening that item number one call to order. The first is to think samaha for his 10 years of service to the Treasure Island Development Authority. [applause] he has seen the gamut of what we have done. Since Treasure Island was just a thought. He was there for that. And now to the point where infrastructure is being done in the first housing to be built. Over a decade of service to the authority. We think you for your expertise and for your commitment. I think we have something for you, and i will let bob give it. This is just a small token of our appreciation for your years of service area service. As fay said it is just a token of our appreciation for decades worth of work with the title board. We want to thank you for all of your support, at work, and helping us to the point we are at today. Thank you. Before i let you talk, i will let the other commissioners say a few words. Thank you very much. Commissioner samaha, one of the things that people want to know about you also is that you are a very well, highly regarded leader in San Francisco. So many things you do that sometimes people do not know, and its a testament to all of us here, because we are very well ingrained in the community. We happen to know that you are out there, and all of the committees, thank you so much for your dedication. Being here sometimes is a thing was job. We are dealing with matters and it is taking a decade to get this far in the development of Treasure Island. You were there, helping the staff and helping diligently. For that we wanted to say thank you and good luck in your future endeavors. We know when we get off this odium we also see each other in the community. Our work is never done and this is just moving onto another transition, but you are still part of the larger San Francisco. Thank you, sir. Thank you so much. I think the same sentiments have artie been said. Really, truly, thank you for your years of dedication and all of your institutional knowledge. I have been really honored to have served here for 10 years when then mayor and newsom put me on this commission. This body consisted of a lot of directors of department, it was the director of planning, the Mayors Office of housing, and he wanted to transition this commission into a citizens commission. At the time it made sense for her to be Department Heads because it was more technical in nature, they were getting ready to do the initial planning. I have had the pleasure to see the transition for the last 10 years, from the conceptual plan to actually doing demolition and hopefully construction really soon. When i was first added to the commission 10 years ago, i did not know Treasure Island and i have gotten to know is so much more. I feel very attached to it. There are some wonderful people on this island doing amazing work. Sharon williams, a lot of great people, from nonprofits to the developers themselves area there could be a lot of opportunities to create great housing, Affordable Housing that the city need, the current mayor wants to build Affordable Housing and we are doing it on Treasure Island than anywhere else in the city. I really hope that, and im sure you will stay focused on making sure that that happened. And, anyway i may come back because i love this mission. Thank you again, it was truly wonderful to be a part of this from the time when commissioner richardson was president under your leadership, linda, it was wonderful, and you have been true leaders, and all of this commission has had some great work and im sure you have a lot more to do in the next five years or so. Welcome commissioner quan i look forward to working with you. I was doing some quick math weve been in over 100 meetings together over the course of the last 10 years. [laughter] who knows how many meetings we will participate in together. I want to get a few quick updates. A few months ago, the Financial Empowerment did a study on the Student Loan Debt that is pretty much plaguing our nation. Notice disproportionately there were Treasure Island residents had a lot of Student Loan Debt. To that effect we are partnering with housing and economic rights advocates to do a series of workshop and also provide direct oneonone legal counseling on some of their student loan issues get anybody from the community that might be watching this, we want to make sure that they know about it, but also want to let the commissioners know that we have responded to this and i have some flyers here and i will put them there. The second thing is is that we have our second alliteration of our Family Resource guide. I believe you all got a copy. There is a section in the very front that says any constructive comments could be sent to a certain email. I know bob has some ideas in terms of improving the information on the layout. We might have another winter copy of this. One thing i think it really highlights is that there are a tremendous amount of activities for families and youth on Treasure Island and most of them are free. That is something i think we can all feel pretty good about. And then lastly part of the citys initiative, city drive initiative to increase the number of folks with the class b license. We have our Driver Education Program happening right now as i eat. In august are going to have the fourth construction training program. I think you all know, youve been a great supporter of it. We have had 15 graduates in previous classes, upping it to 25 graduates this year because of all of the work that is about to happen on the island. We want to make sure low income san franciscans have the tools and skills they need. That is just a brief update of what is happening and thank you. Anybody else that would like to address the board . Not on the agenda . These come up. I am walt, Vice President of the Treasure Island museum. On the occasion of publishing our biannual report which is in your packet this is a good time for me to introduce our new president. Im not going anywhere, going to continue to be primarily responsible for our website, our series which is in their 6seventh year, i tracked the exhibitions. But now that our Capital Campaign is rolling, and the board thought it was time for new leadership that would take us to the next level and make the Capital Campaign succeed. I would like you to meet our president. Welcome, mike. I am president of the board of directors for the Treasure Island museum. I promise i will be brief. I thought it would take you there a couple of the highlights of our annual report to let you know where we are at. On the financial front if you take a look in here, if you dont have to know. It looks like we have raised in the last year and half of our campaign 600,000 dollars so far. We are very gratified it looks like our message is getting traction and people are responding to them. We are right on target for rampup fundraising targets. In addition to that in the last four months we have added two new Board Members. Also in oakland a Business Owner and winemaker. Luckily it looks like our message is resonating with them as well. We are very proud to have them with us. From the program side we have been continuing with our lecture series we are getting a lot more attendance week after week. In addition to that, we have just completed a partnership with the mellon foundation, fives rodents have chosen us for their paid internship and spent the summer on the island and we are hoping we can continue with that and do summer programs next year. Two or more of the student have opted to continue to finish out the projects and the things they have planned and the things that they learned with us to get finally, i think Going Forward we are looking at reaching out to one Treasure Island, Lifelong Learning academy. We are trying to create opportunities for students and the community on the island. A part of this, it too early to say how things will turn out. Weve got a very good response we hope to come back to you with some exciting news to get what we want to take away from that is a message that we would like this museum to be a vibrant Community Resource for students and residents on the island. To wrap up, i want to thank the board for your enthusiasm, your son worked and your encouragement, because we could not have done any of this without you. We hope as a result of this together we can build a museum in conjunction with the vision we see it to be. Think you for your leadership at the Treasure Island museum. I know you were involved for so many years. Welcome michael for your new leadership. Its always difficult with a nonprofit starting out and raising Capital Campaign. We wish you luck and we are glad you are in partnership with Treasure Island. Seeing no other people who want to address the board. Next item please read thank you. As sherry mentioned, one Treasure Island is the Family Resources guide and we really are looking for feedback from resident, and other Community Members who might have some additional thoughts and Additional Information to be incorporated guide. We will be celebrating National Night out on the island. The treasure fest went off on june 29 and 30 without any problems Jack Nathanson did a lot of work trying to get the word out to public outlet that really help control the turnout that we had on the fourth of july we will looking to repeat that effort on fleet week as well as new years eve. Although we did push to get the word out, we also did prepare to have turn out, if it came. An encroachment permit, if we needed to close a lane for traffic exiting the bridge come onto the bridge, after the fourth of july. As well as having westpark to assist with Traffic Control and provide changeable Message Boards around the island to direct people to what remained of the great lawn. I have some statistics in on that may gigantic three cleanup on the island. They collected just short of five ton of debris from the island to more than two thirds of that was able to be recycled. The sign shop is updating the street signs in the residential neighborhood. To freshen up some of the signs that were getting faded to replace them with city standard street signs. Coming up in august, the port of oakland is going to be conducting some repairs on their property which will interrupt Electrical Service to the island. Fortunately with the standby generators that we have will be able to put the entire load of the island on down by generators so, between four a. M. And five a. M. On saturday the seventeenth, there will be a temporary power outage while the load is transferred from the oakland feed to the emergency generators and then another cut over after midnight on the eighteenth to put the load back onto the submarine capable area we will be working on notification and flyers for resident to let them know well in advance of the impending outage. The mercy Catholic Charities project award from the Affordable Housing Communities Grant Program is now official. Thats 20,000,000 dollars with 13 point seven of that going to the Housing Project and the balance going transit improvements on the island. You will be hearing from associated right of ways later, just an update on some of the key areas that the Board Members had asked about, we now have only 14 household that have not been interviewed, although two of those we have made contact with and they have simply declined to have an interview at this time. We also have 13 households have made specific inquiries about the early payment and memorandum of understanding. Six of those have actually filed for the early payment, as well as we have some other request from households that have an interest in it. They are not interested in relocating at this time. We are also evaluating requests from household where some members of the household wish to take the in loo and move off the island. And other members wish to remain on the island and anticipate preparing an amp limitation procedure that will address the situation and allow those household members that are not planning to stay for relocation housing to take an early payment. The construction side, most of the area north of california is now under surcharge. We have about 24 feet of material over the area north of california. The stock pile that was on avenue eight has been almost the entire stock pile. If you come outcome of the mountain that we had is no longer there. The Water Department has also come needed isolation of waterlines at the front of the island so that we dont anticipate any more water relocation in at first sub phase area until we are connecting new waterlines a new system. With that work completes, the contractor is reconfiguring the intersection of clipper cove with Treasure Island road as well as clipper cove and avenue d to help facilitate movement of traffic to the front of the island. Geotechnical works, the vibratory compaction around building one is continuing. As is the process of moving debris, and isolating utilities to make way for the new Wastewater Treatment plant. On the design side, the sub phase 3 permit set that was submitted at the end of may, we have comment in from most of the reviewing agencies working to get the final review comments and by the end of this week so we can update the permit set and moved to our second round of review. The first final transfer map was on the board of supervisors, yesterday, and was continued to the meeting of the sixteenth for the county surveyor to reply to some pacific question regarding the map. With approval of sub phase 3 transfer map we expect to transfer some of the Development Parcels in the community development. We are also working with the navy to finalize the land use controls and the ability to transfer for site 24. The x dictation that the transfer will clear before the end of august. The navy work in site 12 is continuing. They have completed most of the all digs on the east side of the residential neighborhood and have moved into the last element of their current contract scope which is to excavate the remaining debris from a solid Waste Disposal area a portion of north point road has closed, and network should also be completed in august as part of this contract, the navy also has demolished or removed fire damaged vacant building that was in the area west side. That concludes the report. Any question . Yes. As always, mr. Beck thank you for the detailed report. My comment want to start by acknowledging this report by sherry william. When i showed some of our city officials, i think some of them it shows the extent to all of these services in this neighborhood. What im hearing now [inaudible] what you have done is taken the time to actually feature everyone very prominently. It shows up here. When we provide information we need to make sure that everyone, it is showing up in there. [inaudible] my question to you there are two households that have refused to be interviewed. What is the timeline . This process started a long time ago we have a consultant and we are doing outreach we still have to again satisfy some of the tenant. What is the timeline that we have . All the people we are doing outreach to and they are not responding. They need to respond. We can go beyond the call of duty and we will. What is your timeline that you need to escalate it to a certain point to say we have done all of this and they are not there. The reason i messed that is we move on, down the line, someone is going to show up and that is what we are going to hear about. You can forget about all of the outreach and going the extra mile. It will not matter. If these families that have declined to be interviewed, all of that, that is what youre going to see. We need to anticipate that we need to present that. Do you have files on them, that at some point present to the commission, youre going to have to do that. Please if you could just answer those questions. I believe we have on the agenda today on housing update is that something that will be delivered more detail . It will be touched on as out of that. Our goal is to get to 100 percent by the end of this year. Ar ws is maintaining the log of all of the outreach effort and in particular to those that we are continuing to take additional measures to reach. They are continuing to document calls that are made, letters that are sent, emails and flyers that are left. We are going to continue to do that and work through discussing additional strategies to make sure we get to 100 percent by the end of this calendar year. That is in conjunction with the larger portion of the presentation is the outreach to household that are potentially could potentially qualify to purchase the low market rate units which is going to be a focus for the next six months to start getting people into that pipeline as well. Thank you for having me today, and welcome director quan glad to have you on board. Bob beck are leading our team to reach out to the community on Treasure Island that are eligible. I know we are working with data so things change and people move from the islands, we have 197 households right now that we are working with. We have directly interviewed all but six percent of them which is good. Even since weve updated bob weve had two additional people respond and interact. We are now down to 10 household that have not reached wanted it all. We are going to continue to work with them, our bigger team include who our Community Outreach and engagement socialist are going to help us talk about how do you get people to read on and what else we do to engage. We would talk a bit more about that. What are you doing . In the mode of our continued engagement we did offer an open house speaker, nancy pelosi one late may. There has been a big push to get as many people out to our open house as possible. We had four hours we headed over at ship shape, its a great read lots.
