Nearly a year ago, protestors took to the streets of Tampa in the name of George Floyd.
But peaceful demonstrations over his death at the hands of Minneapolis police turned violent. Businesses were looted and buildings damaged and burned â including a small, well-loved Vietnamese restaurant called Saigon Bay.
