The deceased was identified Nazrul Molla, 45, hailing from Amtoli area in Barguna district. Nazrul, along with others, was working on the ground floor of a building carrying construction material to upper floors in the morning. Around 10:00am, the rope of the lifting machine tore off and part of the machine fell on the nearby banyan tree.
