A court in Gazipur yesterday sent five youths to jail in connection with rape of an actress, while a man was sued for raping his sister-in-law in Narayanganj.
Jahangir Alam Shuvo, Sumon, Rushel Talukder, Jahir and Sahabul Islam Aijol are aged between 25 to 30 and residents of Kashimpur area of Gazipur city.
Police said the accused on Sunday took the girl to an abandoned house luring her with opportunities in acting on a YouTube series. They gang-raped her there and at one point, the girl managed to flee. ....
