Saginaw police seek man considered armed and dangerous wanted in murder case, woman’s shooting

SAGINAW, MI Police in Saginaw are seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a 2019 murder as well as a shooting that occurred Thursday, Jan. 7.
The Saginaw Major Crimes Unit issued a statement about 9 p.m. Thursday that it is currently looking for Joseph Thorton Black, 25, a Black male who is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Black is from the Saginaw area and is wanted on an open murder warrant issued by authorities on Jan. 29, 2020. ....
