GRAHAM — Safe Kids Alamance County and the City of Graham Planning, Fire, Police and Recreation and Parks departments invite families to have a "wheelie good time" at the Spokes
The event is organized
by the Rotary Club of Adel and the Adel Police Department to promote safe bicycle-riding
habits and to reduce accidents involving children.
