Talks to secure a trade deal between the uk and the European Union are resuming later on monday. They broke up last night with the trickiest areas of disagreement like fishing richts, Competition Rules and enforcement of the deal remaining unresolved. Sources tell cnn it has been recommended that prosecutors decline to bring charges against a Capitol Police officer in the shooting of a rioter. The shooting remains under investigation.
