A busy calendar of live theater continues this month with Attic Productions’ presentation of “Welcome to Mitford,” which on Thursday began its second of two weekend runs.

Grade 6 students and their parents from across the Avon Maitland District school board have been enjoying some fun and educational activities at home this week, thanks to the school board and Technical Training Group’s annual FunTECH program.
Adapted for the pandemic this year, the program’s first Spring Break, at-home edition saw participating students bring home one of three activity kits – a culinary kit, a construction kit or a transportation kit – that included tools, materials, online tutorial videos and information about the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program and skilled trades in Ontario.
