Proving this fact, city-based doctor Keshav Kshirsagar (32), along with an auto rickshaw union, has started an initiative wherein 100 autos fitted with oxygen cylinders are starting to ferry COVID patients to medical facilities. The service is free for the poor, and at a mere Rs 300 for those who can afford it. The initiative of auto ambulances, called ‘ Jugaad Ambulance’, will have vehicles equipped with oxygen cylinders. Kshirsagar is associated with an auto union called Baghtoy Rickshawala. The service will be chargeable at Rs 300 for those who can afford it, and free for the poor. ....
