Russia. what you re seeing is partisan warfare underwrit by the ukrainian forces striking and using operatives in russia. this is a big development, this is something, frankly, in eight or nine years of covering the ukraine conflict, i have heard the ukrainians had the capability to do. but prior to february 24th, the united states had prevailed upon them not to conduct operations in russian federation territory. as you pointed out, the u.s. is adamant, they re telegraphing this through the press. there was a wall street journal piece that came out the day of the sabato attack, they disabled their himars which are money as attackums to say once
