The incident took place on Tuesday and the police booked the accused and his friend who allegedly lent him the vehicle despite knowing that he did not possess a driver's licence
The accident took place in Malad west area of Mumbai. In the accident, a 21-year-old man was killed and another 55-year-old man was injured, the police said
