BATU PAHAT: Liew Chin Tong and allies won big at the Johor DAP polls, taking most of the 15 seats in the state committee line-up.
Liew still retained his position as Johor DAP chairman for the fourth term despite weeks of intense speculation in the build-up to the polls.
It is learnt that there was only one name nominated for the position – Liew’s, which was supported by Penggaram assemblyman Gan Peck Cheng and seconded by Kulai MP Teo Nie Ching. ....
