Samantha Aglubat said she got the inspiration for Gas City Market from the type of markets she observed and enjoyed in Calgary. She says it is an ideal way for small vendors to be supported. They rent space within the market rather than having to rent a whole store for only their product and they benefit from having more people browsing and shopping.
