“We have been demanding the state government provide social security on par with advocates. The majority of the tax practitioners in the state have worked day and night to submit ITRs for small and micro companies and individuals during the covid pandemic, but the government has not done anything for our welfare,’’ said Karnataka State Tax Practitioners’ Association (KSTPA) president S Nanjunda Prasad.
