Story
Lawyer and former motorcycle gang member Sakuragi Kenji once produced students from the hopeless Ryuzan High School who successfully qualified for Tokyo University. After he left the school, he set up a law firm and moved from place to place offering management advice to private universities based on his achievements as a school rehabilitation expert. 10 years later, Ryuzan High School has been on the decline since Sakuragi’s departure. One day, he receives an offer from the school again to save it from its predicament. Vice principal Takahara Hiroyuki proposes a revival plan by Sakuragi. However, the chairman of the board Tatsuno Kumiko opposes a school centred on preparing students to get into university. Opinions are divided. Sakuragi does not mince his words or hesitate to refute an argument no matter who the other party is, and gave many young people courage. Synopsis: Kuroki Kurodo (Yagira Yuya), an outstanding cram school teacher from the largest cram school for middle school entrance exams in the industry, is welcomed as the headmaster of a mid-size cram school which has been performing poorly. Kuroki causes a stir with extreme words and conduct, constantly overwhelming the people around him. “Middle school exams are paid games”, “Parents are the sponsors” “A father’s financial resources and mother’s lunacy are what makes a child pass the exams”. He is an ultra realist and speaks his mind. However, he quickly declares to all the new sixth grade students that he will make them get into their school of first choice. While Kuroki labels a cram school as a place which sells children’s future, he is able to understand the true nature of each student and also ease parental anxieties.
