The 18-month old rescue puppy, named Rajah, shocked her humans Mary Lynn and Ryan Washick when she used her nose to ring the bell and get let back into the house. They say she has gotten out before, but that she’d always come back within five or ten minutes. The family was just happy to see her back home, even if she was covered in muck. ....

Um 3 Uhr morgens klingelte es dann an der Tür. Die Besitzer trauten ihren Augen nicht. Damit hatten Mary Lynn Whitacre und Ehemann Ryan Washick aus Simpsonville im US-Bundesstaat South Carolina beim besten Willen nicht gerechnet als es um 3 Uhr morgens an der Haustürklingelte. Zuvor hatte sich ihre Hündin Rajah vor einem Feuerwerkso sehr erschreckt, dass das 18 Monate alte Tier aus dem Garten flüchtete. Die 23-jährige Besitzerin suchte die gesamte Nachbarschaft nach dem Hund ab und postete einen Hilferuf auf Facebook. Doch keine Spur von Rajah. ....
