NEU allegedly found drugs while executing search warrant
Members of the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit allegedly found two ounces of fentanyl and one ounce of methamphetamine in Francis Fredin II’s house at 1024 Baldwin Street when they executed a search warrant Jan. 21.
The 24 year old was taken into custody in an alleyway behind the house, and was arraigned by District Judge Aaron Biichle for possession with intent to deliver.
Biichle set bail to $85,000, and unable to post, Fredin will remain in the Lycoming County Prison until his preliminary hearing.
Washingtonville woman charged with DUI, others after alleged crash
Nicole Bickel, 42, of Washingtonville, was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving on Sept. 11, 2020, after allegedly crashing her Mercury Sable into a parked Chevy Impala.

Reginald Morton, 35, of 727 West Fourth St., allegedly sold crack cocaine and methamphetamine to a confidential police informant back in summer of 2020.
The transactions allegedly occurred at Morton’s shared home with Tara Mcleod and three juveniles, according to a detective with the Lycoming County Narcotics Enforcement Unit.
On June 23, 2020, Morton sold 2.15 grams of crack cocaine to a confidential informant at his home on West Fourth Street, according to an NEU detective.
Meanwhile, on July 22., Morton sold another gram of crack cocaine and a gram of methamphetamine to a confidential information.
Authorities executed a search warrant on the residence later July 22, and allegedly found the phone used to arrange the controlled buys as well as paraphernalia such as digital scales and packaging material.
