NEW UPDATE: MURFREESBORO, TN - The man who is accused of luring a pizza delivery driver to a vacant apartment in Murfreesboro on Thursday, Nov. 9, has been arrested and charged with aggravated attempted robbery. 23-Year-old Noah Dixon is also facing tampering with evidence charges.
The preliminary investigation shows Dixon ordered a pizza from Papa John’s claiming to be in an apartment at the Crossing at Hazelwood Apartment Homes on Hazelwood Dr. The apartment building is vacant. &nb . ....

U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and RCSO Arrest Nathaniel Lamont Buchanan

(MURFREESBORO) A suspect who allegedly eluded prosecution on a first-degree murder charge was arrested Wednesday by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force with Rutherford County Sheriff’s deputies.
37-year-old Nathaniel Lamont Buchanan of Wenlon Drive in Murfreesboro was charged with fatally shooting Medrick Lamont Elliott in May 2018. He was also charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He was released on $100,000 bond.
