ISA lands loan for Chilean toll road Colombian holding company borrows $25 mln from three banks to make improvements to the Ruta de la Araucanía
LoansLatin AmericaSouth AmericaAndeanChileProject & Infrastructure FinanceToll Road ISA Intervial, a Chilean toll road operator owned by the Colombian state-owned holding company ISA, signed a loan for up to UF600,000 ($24.8 million) to finance roadworks on the Ruta de la Araucanía, according to a securities filing on Wednesday.
ISA said it took out the fixed-rate loan from Banco de Chile, BancoEstado and Itaú Corpbanca, but it did not provide details on the tenor and the spread. The company did not reply to requests for comment.
