Jan 18 (Interfax) - The registration of Russia s third coronavirus vaccine developed by the Chumakov Center is expected to happen in mid-February, according to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. The Chumakov Center is due to submit the package of documents necessary for starting the vaccine registration process to the Health Ministry before January 19. The registration is possible no earlier than February 16, Golikova said at a press briefing on Monday. The vaccine rollout is expected to begin in the second half of March, Golikova said, adding, the center is planning to deploy the first batch of the vaccine, 100,000 doses, considering that the available production facilities can manufacture approximately 7.5 million doses of the vaccine each year.
