With that objection that is still ordered i would like to welcome everybody to the hearing today. It is going to focus , obviously, on how we can build the 21st century infrastructure. And a committee that is holding a host of hearings toth gaer idea on what congress can do to achieve this goal and today were going to hear ideas from highways and transit stake holders.
