Blueberry Den plans to open its first zero waste shop on August 16 on Winchester Street. It has for two years operated as pop-up refill stations and online, delivering to addresses in and around Salisbury. It sells sustainable cleaning products and toiletries, without using plastic or creating any waste. Owner and founder Celeste Skinner, 36, set up her first pop-up refill station in 36 Salisbury on the High Street, followed by Phoenix Emporium, Wilton, and Stable & Wick in Downton. She is opening the shop to reduce her own carbon footprint in making so many deliveries. The shop, on the corner where Winchester Street meets Pennyfarthing Street, will stock cupboard essentials without plastic, including locally-sourced food and drinks, as well as toiletries. ....
