Russian President Vladimir Putin has urged for more use of national currencies in bilateral trade and smoother financial transactions between Russia and India. He cited the Rupee-Ruble trade issue since the Ukraine conflict as a challenge, but the process has improved in recent months. Putin also emphasized the importance of mutual investments in pharmacy, manufacturing, and industry, and praised India s energy purchases from Russia.
