The Haven a day shelter and housing resource center in downtown Charlottesville has provided shelter, food, basic services, and housing for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness for the last 14 years.
They're hosting their 14th annual Run For Home 8k on Saturday, March 9th and welcome you to walk or run your way through historic downtown Charlottesville as they work to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring in our community.
Each participant is invited to stick around for a post-race breakfast.
