Sponsored by OR, the Racehorse Injury/Lameness Prevention & Care course will be first up in January 2024.
The Bill Galvin Racing Alliance (BGRA) was launched in April this year with a mission to “work together to create and encourage partnerships and programs that will promote and grow harness racing by engaging the general public with the racing community.”
Equine Guelph will host three racing-exclusive online courses again on TheHorsePortal.ca in the winter of 2024. With funding from Central Ontario Standardbred Association, Ontario Racing and Standardbred Canada, these short courses will be available free (value $95) for Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario licensees and Standardbred Canada members.
