welcome to our viewers in the u.s. and around the world. i m ar rahel solomon. and authorities are dealing with what seems to be a uniquely american problem, a deadly outbreak of gun violence, this time in the very city where the declaration of independence was signed, philadelphia. what we know is that there are six shooting victims, four are deceased, two that are stable that are juveniles, a 2-year-old and a 13-year-old. the four deceased victims, their ages range from 20 to 59. one victim we don t know who they are yet, we don t know how old they are, but they could be between the ages of 16 and 21. all of the shooting victims are male. overnight authorities discovered a fifth victim tied to the shooting. the rampage happened late last night along several blocks in the area of southwest philadelphia. bob brooks from wpvi has more details. reporter: a tragedy here, four men have lost their lives. two children ages 2 and 13 luckily they are in stable condition. ....
