PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - It’s not every day a local teen becomes a pageant queen but one Bay County resident is making quite the name for herself. Earlier this month, local North Bay Haven High School student Ruby Tilghman was crowned Miss Florida’s Outstanding Teen. For Tilghman, she says this is a dream come true, and all this month she has been on the go.

Martin Theatre hosts mini musicians, country singers at the Majestic PANAMA CITY BEACH The Martin Theatre is bringing two musical performances to the beach this weekend.
