Music, was released, the movie has been highly criticised for its decision to include autism as a running plot point.
Sia, who directed
Music, is not autistic. Dallas Clayton, who wrote
Music, is not autistic. And most concerningly, Maddie Ziegler, who stars as the film’s non-verbal autistic titular character, is not autistic either.
