Held at the city’s First Baptist Church and hosted by the office of District Attorney Brent Cooper, the gathering held Thursday evening offered an “uplifting” moment for families celebrating the holiday season without their loved ones lost to violent crimes. The “Night to Honor” was the first for the region representing those in Tennessee’s 22nd Judicial District, which in past years has encouraged families to visit a larger event held annually in Nashville. ....
