CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, May 27 (PIA) To promote environmental awareness and ecological best practices in the country, the Cagayan de Oro River Basin Management Council (CDORBMC) and Macajalar Bay Development Alliance (MBDA) held a webinar cum Talakayan to discuss the policies governing clean air, clean water, solid waste management, and biodiversity protection.
“This is a concrete response for the call of caring for our common home especially at this time of the pandemic. The outbreak of COVID-19 reflects how we have treated our environment and natural habitats which affect all aspects of our lives today,” said Archbishop Jose Cabantan, CDORBMC lead chairman in his opening message. ....
