Colombian gold miner Mineros said it plans to borrow up to $25 million to fund the acquisition of the Luna Roja exploration project in Nicaragua.
The Medellín-based company will take out the loans in Colombia and Nicaragua at available rates with backing from Mineros Aluvial, one of its divisions in Colombia, if necessary, it said in a securities filing on Wednesday. ....
