Zack Ford, 38, of Skaneateles, wrote the screenplay for an upcoming horror flick called “The Watcher.” The film centers on a young couple who moves into a new apartment, and the woman suspects someone is watching them through his window across the street and may be a serial killer called the Headhunter. Award-winning filmmaker Chloe Okuno is set to make her feature-length directorial debut with the project, which is currently scouting locations in the country of Romania.
