The city of Seattle is holding pop-up vaccination clinics this week and partnering with local business to offer incentives for those who get the shot.
The city of Seattle is holding pop-up vaccination clinics this week and partnering with local business to offer incentives for those who get the shot.
The clinics, run by the Seattle Fire Department, are part of an effort to boost COVID-19 vaccines and bring them directly to residents in high-traffic areas of the city.
“We know that Seattle’s road to recovery starts with vaccinations, and we won’t be able to truly reopen and gather safely until the vast majority of us are vaccinated,” Mayor Jenny Durkan said. ....
