Christine henry, an assistant professor of Historic Preservation as well as the original designer for the course. Professor henry holds a ba from the university of william and mary. She holds a degree from the catholic university. She holds a phd from the university of maryland at college park. Her Research Interests focus on the concept of place making and social justice issues in the discipline of Historic Preservation. It is here that over 400 years of history have occurred. The casemate is nothing more than a vault inside the fort wall. You were inside the fort wall. Unique for museums in this day and time. We will walk you through the museum and talk to you about the interesting history that occurred here. Some of our stories will deal with the people that first arrived here and their plight during the American Civil War.
