The rough sleeping snapshot, published on Thursday (25), estimates the number of people on the streets on a single night - this year that was one night between October 1 and November 30. A spokesperson for Fenland District Council said: The latest rough sleeper count figures show a 55 per cent drop in the number of rough sleepers in Fenland since 2019, and a 78 per cent decrease since 2018, which demonstrates the huge strides we’re making with our fantastic partners on our Homelessness Strategy and Rough Sleeping Action Plan towards ending rough sleeping for good.
