Friends and fellow First Responders are gearing up for a cold plunge into Kootenay Lake in memory of Cst. Mathieu Nolet at the upcoming Team Cold in the Koots fundraising event. The Nelson Terry Fox Run is set to make an in-person return Sunday, September 18th, at the Rotary Lakeside Park. The 2022 Nelson run is hosted by the Kootenay Rhythm Dragons.
